Coles Supermarkets Australia is recalling its Chicken and Salad Sandwich 194g due to the presence of an undeclared allergen, milk. The recalled product has been available for sale since 27 February in Coles Supermarkets, selected Coles Local stores, and through Coles Online rapid delivery and Doordash, Uber Eats, and Yello, in Victoria. The issue was discovered during routine testing, revealing the presence of milk, a potential allergen not declared on the product's packaging. This poses a risk to consumers with a milk allergy or intolerance. The recalled product is: - Branded as Coles - Named Chicken and Salad Sandwich - Weighs 194g. - It carries the batch marking Use by 02/03/25. Consumers who are allergic to milk are advised to not consume it and to return it to where they purchased it.
