The FSA announced the recall of Cow & Gate and Aptamil Muesli products by Nutricia because some packs have been found to contain pieces of apple stalks. The presence of the apple stalks presents a choking hazard to babies making these products unsafe to eat.

FSA advises consumers not to feed the recalled products to their baby. Instead, return it to the store from where it was bought, with or without a receipt, for a full refund.
