Création Madeleine SENC is recalling several quiches and pâtés due to undeclared eggs and sulfites. These products were sold frozen in various establishments across Quebec.

PRODUCT: "Mexican pâté"
- Allergen: Eggs
- Format: 800 g
- Lot Targeted: All batches whose label does not mention the presence of eggs

PRODUCT: "Chicken pie"
- Allergen: Eggs
- Format: 800 g
- Lot Targeted: All batches whose label does not mention the presence of eggs

PRODUCT: "Ham and broccoli pie"
- Allergen: Eggs
- Format: 800 g
- Lot Targeted: All batches whose label does not mention the presence of eggs

PRODUCT: "Salmon pie, Gaspé style"
- Allergen: Eggs
- Format: 800 g
- Lot Targeted: All batches whose label does not mention the presence of eggs

PRODUCT: "Tomato and spinach quiche"
- Allergen: Sulfites
- Format: 800 g

They were packaged in a cardboard box with a window. The products were sold frozen.

The recall was announced as a Class I recall on July 17, 2026, after the issue was discovered.
