E-Z Spuds Inc. has voluntarily initiated a recall of its Cucumber Diced Greek Cut product due to potential Salmonella contamination. The recall is ongoing and affects products distributed in Illinois.The recalled product includes the brand's Cucumber Diced Greek Cut (1/8"x1/8"x1") and Cucumber Diced Regular Cut (1/8"x1/8"x1/4"), both packaged in 360# Drum with poly liner item C0376 and 30# Box with poly liner item C0369 respectively. The products have a total weight of 23,340 lbs. The affected batches have the UPC code F-0315-2025 and were manufactured on the dates 10/28/2024, 10/29/2024, and 10/31/2024 for the Greek Cut, and 10/25/2024, and 10/30/2024 for the Regular Cut.
