Daily Foods Co. Limited is recalling Duria brand Durian Mochi due to the presence of an undeclared allergen, egg. The product was distributed in selected ethnic supermarkets across New Zealand and is imported from Malaysia.The recalled product is:
- Duria brand Durian Mochi
- Packaged in 100g boxes (25g x 4pcs).
- It is marked with the expiration date of 2026.06.12
- Batch number LOT NO: 240613F24.
- The product is sold in a cardboard box.
- The product has not been re-exported.
The issue was identified during a routine check. The recall was initiated on August 7, 2025, and is classified as a Class I recall. No other Duria brand products are affected by this recall.
