PRODUCT: Evergreen Farm Grape Juice
- Size: 4 fl. oz. (120 ml)
- Packaging: Foil pouches, 25 per case (refrigerate after opening)
- Code Info: G20261215
- Product Quantity: 78 cases

PRODUCT: Evergreen Farm Jujube Juice
- Size: 4 fl. oz. (120 ml)
- Packaging: Foil pouches, 25 per case (refrigerate after opening)
- Code Info: J20260910, J20261110
- Product Quantity: 197 cases

The recall was initiated voluntarily by the firm on July 3, 2025, and classified as Class II on September 3, 2025. The issue was discovered through a lack of required pasteurization and sanitation documentation.
