Favourit has issued a recall for its Cajun Seasoning and Hot Curry Powder due to the potential presence of an undeclared allergen, peanut. The recall affects specific batches of the product distributed nationwide.

The products recalled are
- Favourit Cajun Seasoning, sold in 40g packs. The affected batch codes include L24247856, L24262856, L24271856, L24200762, L24176762, L24173762, L24108723, L24117723, and L24131723.
- Favourit Hot Curry Powder, sold in 50g packs. The affected batch codes include L24208775; and L24247775.
These batches have best-before-end dates ranging from February 2026 to July 2026.
