The CFIA announced the recall of Fromage de Bellelay brand Tête de Moine (Firm Ripened Cheese) by Switzerland Cheese Marketing Inc due to Staphylococcus aureus. The recalled product has been sold in Quebec, Ontario, Alberta, and British Columbia.The recalled product is:
