Fromagerie Bromont inc Cheese curds recalled due to Safety Issues

The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPAQ), in collaboration with Fromagerie Bromont Inc., has issued a warning against consuming certain cheese curds due to improper preparation and packaging. The product that is the subject of this warning was offered for sale until February 20, 2025, inclusive, and this, in several establishments.The product in question is:
- The "Fresh Daily Cheese Curds"
- Sold in variable sizes.
- The targeted lots include units with packaging or use-by dates of January 25, February 8, and February 15, 2025.
- The cheese curds were sold in transparent plastic bags at room temperature until February 20, 2025.
- The products were sold across several establishments.
Consumers are advised to not consume the product and to return it to where they purchased it.
