The FSAI announce the recall of Funny Candy Cup Cake Candy sweets due to a possible choking risk. When consumed, there is a possibility of this product breaking and loose pieces of plastic (1.5cm x 3cm) ending up in the mouth. This product was distributed in Ireland.

The recalled product is:
- Funny Candy Cup Cake Candy, 40g, codes: KD2349-12-21, KD2577-03-22, KD2828-06-22, KD2972-07-22, KD3251-08-22. Country Of Origin: China.

Consumers are advised not to eat the implicated sweets. Retailers are requested to remove the implicated sweets from sale and display recall notices at point-of-sale.
