Garden Fresh Foods, Inc. has initiated a voluntary recall of its sliced green onions due to potential contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. The issue was discovered when the company conducted in-house testing on a lot of the sliced green onions and detected the presence of Listeria monocytogenes. The recall was initiated on September 18, 2025, and has been classified as a Class I recall as of October 10, 2025.
