Ancient Formulas, Inc. has voluntarily recalled 111 bottles of its Healthprint Vitamin D3 5000 dietary supplement due to incorrect labeling of the percent daily value. The recall is limited to Florida.The product recalled is the Healthprint Vitamin D3 5000 Dietary Supplement, packaged in a plastic bottle containing 200 tablets. The recall pertains to lot 063-0723. The product was found to be sub-potent for Vitamin D.
