The product has been available for sale at Coles and IGA stores in New South Wales and Queensland, also was also available in SPAR stores in Queensland and Woolworths stores nationally in Australia.

The recalled product is:
- Hershey's Caramel Syrup, 623g. Date Marking: 08 2025.

Consumers who have a milk allergy or intolerance should not consume this product.
