Imperial Nougat Co. is recalling certain cookies and candies due to undeclared milk, wheat, and tree nut (pistachio) allergens. These products were distributed in various locations. The recall was recommended by the FDA after an inspection revealed labeling issues.AFFECTED PRODUCTS:

The issue was discovered during an FDA inspection on April 30. The recall was recommended on May 5, but Imperial Nougat Co. has not issued a public alert. The FDA is advising consumers and retailers to be aware of the allergen risk.
