The product, distributed in CA, NJ, IL, TX, and HI, is a product of Japan.The recalled product is the Ito-Shoten Seasoned Mushroom, weighing 200g/7.06 oz. The affected batches are those with best before dates of 09/09/22, 01/23/23, and 5/8/23. The recall affects 450 cases of the product, which is identified by UPC F-0854-2024.
