Update February 4th, 2026:The recall notice for bulk pistachio products sold by La Pistacherie has been updated to expand the affected sales period. The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food of Québec (MAPAQ) now advises that the affected bulk pistachio products were sold from February 22, 2024, through October 1, 2025, extending the previously reported start date.
All affected products were sold in bulk, at room temperature, and served by a clerk, and were available only at La Pistacherie’s Montreal location. The recall remains Class I, indicating a high health risk due to potential Salmonella contamination.

La Pistacherie has issued a recall for various bulk pistachio products due to potential Salmonella contamination. The affected products were sold at their Montreal location from December 17, 2024, to October 1, 2025.
