    I went to here hadn't had their food in months. They have precooked veggies, I bought squash, sauteed asparagus, onion, lemon & herb mushrooms, and 2 falafel balls in the refrigerator area near the hot side around 5:40p I also bought a cold pressed juice Suja Green...     ordered grilled chicken sandwich from Chick-fil-A near Cartersville, Ga. Ate half, wrapped bun and meat - less toppings, put in refrigerator. Next day, chicken had light blue streaks through it, gross, threw it out. Did not get sick but know that chicken should not be blue.

    - comments: 6-501. 13 observed the floors under the shelving units throughout the facility with food (gyro meat), debris, and dirt. Instructed to clean under all shelving units and maintain.

Instructed to repair and maintain. #53-observed no covered receptacle in employee toilet room. Instructed to provide and maintain. #55-observed equipment not being used in rear storage/prep area. Instructed to remove all clutter as a means of preventing harboring of pest and insects. Priority 7-42-090, citation issued.
