I had a lemon and poppy muffin and cappucino from mugg and bean cape town airport. I had it around 10:30, it was the only thing I ate that entire day. Come 8:40pm I am kneeled over a toilet throwing up, before that point for about 6 hours I was dealing with tiredness, dizziness, stomach aches and cramps. Horrible food experience. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Dizziness
