The Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPAQ), in collaboration with the company Les Fermes Valens inc announced the recall of Genoa Salami due to potential Listeria monocytogenes contamination. This product was sold at Les Fermes Valens inc., located at 62 York Street, in Huntingdon, on the company's website and in several establishments in the province of Quebec. To date, No case of illness associated with this recall has been reported.The recalled product is:
- Les Fermes Valens Genoa Salami, format: unitary, Best before 10/31/23. The product was presented in plastic packaging with a transparent front and was sold refrigerated
Do not consume the recalled product.
