Les Fromageries Occitanes LFO SAS has voluntarily recalled its Cantal AOP entre-deux lait cru cheese due to the detection of Escherichia coli O26:H11. The product was distributed across France and sold at E.Leclerc stores.

The recalled product is:
- The whole wheel cheese of variable weight
- Under the brand Les fromagers Cantaliens.
- The affected batches carry the GTIN 3153400958079
- With lot numbers 16231574 and 17131574
- Best before dates of 19/08/2024 and 28/08/2024 respectively.
- The cheese was sold between 17/06/2024 and 05/07/2024.
- The product should be kept in the refrigerator.

Consumers are advised not to consume the product and to return it to the point of purchase.
