Local Yellow chicken leg with back portion recalled due to Listeria

In a voluntary recall, Les Volailles Remi Ramon has announced a recall of its 'Le poulet de chez nous' brand chicken thighs with back portion due to the detection of the Listeria monocytogenes germ. The product was distributed in the Charente and Dordogne departments and sold at Super U stores. The recall procedure is expected to end on June 18, 2024.

The recalled product is
- The 'Cuisse de poulet jaune avec portion de dos en barquette sous atmosphère'
- Sold in tray under atmosphere by 2, 4, and 6.
- The product carries the GTIN numbers 3265080016854, 3265080016847, and 3265080112471
- With the lot number 5044094273.
- The best-before date for all the recalled products is May 24, 2024.

Consumers are advised to not consume the product and return it where was purchased it.
