Recall notice

Mantu menu19 frozen beef dumpling - recalled due to produced without benefit of inspection

3 years ago source fsis.usda.gov

California, United States

The FSIS announced the recall of 5,001 pounds of frozen beef dumpling products by Menu19 LLC because they were produced without the benefit of federal inspection. These products were shipped to restaurants and retail locations in California. There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions due to consumption of these products.

The recalled product is:
- 1.5-lb. cartons containing 12 pieces of “Mantu menu19” and UPC code: 86000524010.

The product subject to recall was produced in November 2020 through October 23, 2022 and does not bear the USDA mark of inspection because Menu19 LLC is not a federally inspected establishment.

FSIS is concerned that some product may in consumers' freezers. Consumers who have purchased these products are urged not to consume them. These products should be thrown away or returned to the place of purchase.

If you are experiencing symptoms after eating the product it is important to report it. It can help to detect & resolve outbreaks early and prevent others from being harmed, and it enables better surveillance. If symptoms persist seek medical attention.
