Market Kitchen Sweet 'N Sour Cooking Sauce recalled due to may cause Injury

The Warehouse Limited has expanded its recall due to the same packaging fault involving damaged glass jars that may cause injury.

In addition to the previously recalled Market Kitchen Sweet 'N Sour Cooking Sauce (500g), the recall now includes all date marks up to and including Best Before 16/06/2027 for the following products:

- Market Kitchen Mayonnaise (460g)
- Market Kitchen Honey Soy Cooking Sauce (500g)
- Market Kitchen Butter Chicken Cooking Sauce (500g)
- Market Kitchen Sweet 'N Sour Cooking Sauce (500g)
- Market Kitchen Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce (500g)
- Market Kitchen Bolognese Sauce (500g)

No other Market Kitchen products are affected by this recall.

The Warehouse Limited has issued a recall for Market Kitchen brand Sweet 'N Sour Cooking Sauce due to a packaging fault that may cause injury. The product, sold in 500g glass jars, was available at The Warehouse stores nationwide in New Zealand and has not been exported.

- In 500g jars
- With a Best Before date of 17/01/2027.
- No other Market Kitchen products are affected by this recall.

The recall was announced on 12 June 2026 after the issue was discovered.
