Milo's Poultry Farms & Tony's Fresh Market Eggs - recalled due to Salmonella

####Update 30 September, 2024:Milo's Poultry Farms, LLC, of Bonduel, WI, has expanded its recall of eggs due to potential Salmonella contamination. The recall was classified as Class I. This recall now includes all types of chicken and duck eggs, in various packaging configurations, distributed in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Michigan through both retail stores and food service distributors. The expanded recall covers all sizes and packaging of eggs from Milo's Poultry Farms, M&E Family Farms, Happy Quackers Farms, and Tony's Fresh Market brands, including:
Chicken eggs (Medium, Large, XLarge, and Jumbo)
Duck eggs (12-count cartons under the Happy Quackers Farm brand)
Eggs sold for food service in bulk (15 dozen per box)
The eggs impacted include all "Best By" dates of October 12, 2024, and earlier.
Product Quantity Affected:
Initial recall: 108,155 dozen eggs
Expanded recall: 345,417 dozen eggs
Consumers who purchased these eggs should not consume them and return them where they purchased it.

Milo's Poultry Farms, LLC. of Bonduel, WI is recalling all "Milo's Poultry Farms" and "Tony's Fresh Market" branded eggs because these eggs have the potential to be contaminated with Salmonella. Milo's Poultry Farms' eggs were distributed in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Michigan through retail stores and foodservice distributors.
This recall includes:
All carton sizes and all egg types labeled with "Milo's Poultry Farms." This recall covers all expiration dates.
All carton sizes of "Tony's Fresh Market" branded eggs, all expiration dates.
All cases of eggs for retail foodservice distribution, all expiration dates.
Milo's Poultry Farms, LLC. has ceased production and distribution at this time and will undergo appropriate testing and sanitization of farms and processing equipment.
Consumers who have purchased "Milo's Poultry Farms" eggs or "Tony's Fresh Market" eggs are urged not to consume them.
