MossEntials has issued a recall for its Irish Sea Moss Gel and Sea Moss Sublime Sea Moss Gel products due to production in an unregistered establishment. These products were distributed in Ireland and are being recalled as a precautionary measure.AFFECTED PRODUCTS:
- Moss Entials Wild Crafted Irish Sea Moss Gel Original (314g)
- Moss Entials Wild Crafted Irish Sea Moss Gel Pineapple (314g)
- Moss Entials Wild Crafted Irish Sea Moss Gel Strawberry (314g)
- Sea Moss Sublime Sea Moss Gel Pineapple (314g)
- Sea Moss Sublime Sea Moss Gel Passion Fruit (314g)
- Sea Moss Sublime Sea Moss Gel Green Apple (314g)
- Sea Moss Sublime Sea Moss Gel Mixed Berry (314g)
- Sea Moss Sublime Sea Moss Gel Strawberry (314g)
The recall affects all best-before dates between March 7, 2025, and January 5, 2026.
The issue was identified due to the lack of official controls at the production site. The recall was initiated on December 8, 2025, and was classified as Category 1.
