Stanley Pearlman Enterprises, Inc. is recalling NAFCO Whiting Fillet Skin-On Boneless IQF due to an incorrect best-by date on the packaging. The product was distributed in Maryland and Pennsylvania in the United States.The recalled product is:

- Packaged in 2 lb. bags
- With 15 bags per case.
- The affected lot number is 2501032
- With a best-by date of 1/11/25.
- A total of 141 cases, or 2115 bags, are involved in the recall.
The recall was initiated voluntarily by the firm on August 15, 2025, and classified as Class III on September 26, 2025. The issue was discovered due to the incorrect best-by date, which should be 1/11/27.
