Chang & Son Enterprises, Inc. has voluntarily recalled 697 individual boxes of its Natures Wonder Premium Bean Sprouts due to contamination with Listeria monocytogenes. The issue affects customers in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, Maryland.The product in question, Natures Wonder Premium Bean Sprouts, is sold in 12 oz bags, bundled in boxes of 12. The batch subjected to the recall bears the UPC code F-0769-2024 and a sell-by date of 12/13/23.
The problem was discovered during routine testing. Consumers are advised to cease consuming the product immediately. If symptoms persist, seek medical attention.
