McCain Foods USA Inc. has expanded its voluntary recall of frozen potato products due to the potential presence of small hard plastic fragments. The expanded recall was initiated on January 12, 2026, and classified as Class II on February 10, 2026. This update adds new batch codes, use-by dates, distribution states, and an additional product not included in the initial recall.

Updated Distribution States: AK, AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, HI, ID, KS, KY, LA, MI, MN, MS, MO, NE, NM, NV, OK, OH, OR, PA, TX, UT, WA, and WI.
