Organic Mango Freeze Dried Powder recalled due to Salmonella

NEW ACAI AMAZONAS LLC has initiated a voluntary recall of its Organic Mango Freeze Dried Powder due to potential Salmonella contamination. The product, distributed in Iowa in the United States.

The recalled product is:
- Organic Mango Freeze Dried Powder
- Was sold in bulk 15-kilogram boxes (2 packs of 7.5 kilograms in a carton box)
- Packaged in two packs of 7.5 kilograms within a carton box, with each pack in multi-wall kraft paper boxes lined with food-grade polyethylene.
- The affected lot number is L10132851442505 (Supplier Lot M1013P030119525032283)
- With an expiration date of July 13, 2027.
- A total of 255 kilograms (561 pounds) is being recalled.

The issue was discovered during routine testing. The recall, classified as Class I, was initiated on August 15, 2025, and classified on August 27, 2025.
