May 6th, 2026:
My Wife's Slaw, a company based in Zanesville, is recalling its Original and Jalapeno Heat coleslaw products. The recall is due to the products being produced without inspection, raising safety concerns. These coleslaw products were sold online and shipped nationwide in the United States.

AFFECTED PRODUCTS:
- Original and Jalapeno Heat coleslaw
- In 8 oz and 16 oz glass mason jars.
- They were manufactured and distributed between April 1 and April 28, 2026.

The issue was identified by the Ohio Department of Agriculture, which noted the lack of inspection.
