Pams Beef Lasagne recalled due to use-by date mislabelling

New Zealand

Foodstuffs Own Brands Limited has issued a recall for Pams brand Beef Lasagne due to an incorrect use-by date on the packaging. The product was sold at Four Square, New World, and Pak'n Save supermarkets across the North Island. It was imported from Australia and not re-exported.

The recall affects Pams Beef Lasagne in 1.3 kg packages with the date mark "USE BY 01MAY26." The correct use-by date should be "USE BY 01MAR26." No other Pams brand products are impacted by this recall.

The issue was identified on February 27, 2026. The recall is classified as a Class II recall.
