Henry Ford Milk Bank in Jackson, Michigan, is recalling its pasteurized donor human milk due to the presence of foreign material. The recall affects products distributed within Michigan, USA.

The affected product is:
- Pasteurized donor human milk
- Packaged in 4-ounce plastic bottles.
- The recall includes batch numbers 000230-1
- With an expiration date of January 5, 2026, and 000235-1
- With an expiration date of September 5, 2025.
- A total of 209 bottles are involved in this recall.

The issue was discovered through internal checks, identifying plastic particulate from the outer closure between the foil seal and plastic cap. The recall was voluntarily initiated on June 23, 2025, and classified as Class III on July 17, 2025.
