Ray & Mascari, Inc. has voluntarily recalled a variety of tomato products due to potential Salmonella contamination. The affected items were distributed to retail and wholesale outlets in IN, KY, MA, MD, MI, NC, OH, PA, and WI. The potential contamination was discovered during routine testing. The recall was initiated on April 30, 2025, and classified as a Class I recall by the FDA on May 13, 2025.AFFECTED PRODUCT
