Top Notch Jerky LLC has issued a public health alert for its ready-to-eat beef jerky stick products due to potential contamination with plastic. These products were distributed online and nationwide in the United States, including Puerto Rico.

The issue was identified following consumer complaints. The alert was initiated after the company notified the FSIS of the complaints.
