Les Fromageries Occitanes LFO SAS has voluntarily recalled its Secrets d'affineurs Petit Cantal AOP Entre-deux au lait cru cheese due to the detection of Escherichia coli O26:H11. The company has since initiated a recall to prevent consumers from falling ill. The product was distributed across France.The recalled product is:
- The whole wheel of cheese with variable weight
- Bearing the GTIN 3492840804707.
- The affected batches are 14431574 and 14531574
- With best-before dates of 17/07/2024 and 18/07/2024 respectively.
- The product was sold between 24/05/2024 and 05/07/2024.
- The product should be kept in the refrigerator.
If you have this product at home, do not consume it and return it to the store where it was purchased.
