Food Lion has issued a recall for select in-store prepared ground beef varieties from its Glen Burnie, Maryland, store due to potential contamination with foreign material. The recall is limited to products sold at the 7069 Baltimore Annapolis Blvd location.The recalled products include:
- 73% Lean Fresh Ground Beef (All sizes)
- 80% Lean Fresh Ground Chuck (All sizes)
- 85% Lean Fresh Ground Beef Round (All sizes)
- 93% Lean Fresh Ground Beef (Small Pack).
All products were produced on July 4, 2025, after 2 p.m., with a Sell By Date of July 6, 2025.
The issue was identified internally. The recall was initiated on July 5, 2025.
