Slaney Farm has issued a recall for their Farm Fresh Duck Eggs due to a potential Salmonella contamination. The products was distributed nationwide.
Salmonella is a bacteria that can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, frail or elderly people, and others with weakened immune systems. Healthy individuals
The product recalled is Farm Fresh Duck Eggs, all pack sizes. The recall applies to all best before dates up to and including August 21, 2024.
Wholesalers are requested to withdraw and recall the implicated batches from their customers and instruct them to display recall notices at point-of-sale. Consumers are advised not to eat the implicated batches.
