1 year ago source mpi.govt.nz

20 Dunmore Street, Wānaka, 9305 Otago, New Zealand

New World Wanaka has issued a recall for specific batches of its Made in Store Spaghetti Bolognese and Spaghetti and Meatballs. The recall was initiated due to the potential presence of foreign matter, specifically glass, in the products. The products are sold at New World Wanaka.

The products recalled are:
- New World Wanaka Made in Store Spaghetti Bolognese, Use by Date of 19.07.24.
- New World Wanaka Made in Store Spaghetti and Meatballs, Use by Date of 19.07.24.
They are sold in a cardboard tray with a plastic lid. This recall does not affect any other New World Made in Store products.

Consumers are advised not to consume the affected products. If you have already consumed any of these products and have any health concerns, it is recommended to seek medical advice. Customers can return the products to their retailer for a full refund.

In case you experience harm from extraneous materials, it is important to report it. It can help to detect & resolve issues and prevent others from being harmed, and it enables better surveillance.
