- Lot Code: 250312
- Best Before: 07/09/2031
- Product Quantity: 391 cases (4,692 jars)

PRODUCT: Spicely ORGANIC Sumac
- Size: Net Wt 2 oz (56 g)
- UPC: 826998007339
- Lot Code: 103656B
- Best Before: 07/01/2031; 07/02/2031
- Product Quantity: 980 cases (11,760 jars)

The issue was discovered through internal review, leading to a Class II recall initiated on January 14, 2026, and classified on February 4, 2026. The recall is ongoing.
