Strong Foods has issued a recall for its mini jelly cup products due to undeclared milk, which poses a risk to consumers with milk allergies and also due to they may cause a choking risk due to the presence of certain unauthorised gel-forming additives. The products were distributed nationwide across various retail outlets in Ireland.The recall affects:
- Strong branded mini jelly cups
- All batch codes and best-before dates
- Packaged in 360g sizes.
- The exact quantity of the recalled products has not been disclosed.
The issue was identified when it was discovered that milk was not emphasized in the ingredients list. The recall was published on December 19, 2025, and is classified as Category 1.
