Super Fruta is recalling a batch of its Enoki Mushrooms due to the presence of Listeria monocytogenes. The product, originating from China, has been distributed across Ireland.The issue was discovered during routine testing, which revealed the presence of Listeria monocytogenes in the aforementioned batch. Symptoms of a Listeria infection can range from mild flu-like symptoms to severe complications, particularly in vulnerable groups such as pregnant women, babies, and the elderly.
