The Happy Pear company is recalling a batch of its Lovely Basil Pesto due to the presence of Listeria monocytogenes. The product has been distributed across Ireland. The issue was discovered during routine testing, which revealed the presence of Listeria monocytogenes in the product. Retailers have been requested to remove the implicated batches from sale and display recall notices at point-of-sale.
