October 8th, 2025:
Toto Foods, Inc. has initiated a voluntary recall of its Toto S'Mores Ooey Gooey Cookie due to conflicting labeling regarding soy content. The product was distributed to retail customers in Maryland, California, Arizona, New Jersey, Georgia, Connecticut, Ohio, Indiana, Texas, Illinois, Pennsylvania, New York, Florida, and Colorado in the United States.

The recalled product is:
- Branded as Toto S'Mores Ooey Gooey Cookie
- Labeled as gluten-free and dairy-free
- With a net weight of 2.25 ounces.
- The UPC code is 860010409398
- The affected batch has best-before dates ranging from January 15, 2026, to April 27, 2026.
- A total of 120,180 units are involved in the recall.

The issue was discovered due to conflicting statements on the product label regarding the presence of soy. The recall was initiated on August 20, 2025, and is currently ongoing. The recall has not yet been classified by the relevant authorities.
