The FSAI announced the recall of True Natural Goodness Organic Brown Linseed (Flaxseed) and Green Age Salad Mix Seeds & Kernels because Mustard seeds were found in a batch of linseed which was used in these products. Mustard is not declared on the ingredients lists. This may make the affected products unsafe for consumers who are allergic to or intolerant of mustard. These products were sold in Ireland.The recalled products are:
-True Natural Goodness Organic Brown Linseed (Flaxseed); pack size: 5kg; best before 20/12/2023 to 07/01/2024 inclusive.
- Green Age Salad Mix Seeds & Kernels; pack size: 250g; batch code: 2233; best before date: 24/08/2023
If you have an allergy to mustard do not eat them, they may cause a serious or life-threatening reaction. Please throw them away.
