October 12th, 2025:
Vicky IT Inc. has initiated a voluntary recall of its Bona Fish product due to concerns over contamination. The product, distributed in New York state in the United State, is being recalled because it is un-eviscerated, potentially contaminated with Clostridia botulinum, mold, and insect larvae.
The recalled product:
- Is labeled as Bona Fish
- With a weight of 10 lbs.
- The recall was initiated on September 27, 2025
- Is currently ongoing.
The issue was discovered through internal checks, and the recall is voluntary, initiated by the firm. The classification of the recall has not yet been determined. Notifications were sent through multiple channels, including email and telephone.
