Wait isn't it kinda obvious that it has milk if it has chocolate?

Admin

Pure chocolate, the cacoa bean from which chocolate is made is dairy free, and many chocolate bars and chocolate products are dairy free. This product is supposed to be dairy free, it does not list milk as an ingredient.
