WinCo Foods LLC has initiated a voluntary recall of its Deli Margherita Pizza Thin Crust due to potential contamination with metal fragments. The product was distributed in Arizona, California, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oklahoma, Oregon, Texas, Utah, and Washington in the United States.
