Karabetian Import and Distribution, Inc. has initiated a voluntary recall of Zimi Puff Pastry French Style and Zimi Kunefe Ready to Eat products due to the presence of partially hydrogenated oils (PHOs). These products were distributed in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, North Dakota, Oregon, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin in the United States. A total of 338 boxes of products were affected.

The issue was identified through routine checks, and the recall was classified as Class II. The recall was initiated on November 18, 2025.
