i ate around 7:45 pm , then about 10 minutes later i had a really bad stomach ache. i got in the bath at around 9pm , and that’s when i started to feel even worse. i went to bed an hour later , then woke up…

Ate Market salad with grilled chicken around 2:30. Next day woke up nauseated and diarrhea. Continued through the night and low grade fever today.
