Ate at Chilis Monday evening May 15, 2017
Ordered the Margarita Chicken.. Later that evening felt nausiated.. Threw up three times & continued to throw up in the morning.. It is now been anout 24 hrs. Still feeling sick, Chills and stomache cramps.. Still no appetite..
